What are ways you can deal with the stress of thyroid disease?

When it comes to your healing journey, you can expect it to be stressful sometimes. I don’t think there is not one person that hasn’t had some type of stress with healing. The most important thing to remember is to be patient with yourself.

I know you may want things to get better right now and might be sick of the constant rollercoaster ride but taking it one day at a time can be extremely helpful. Not only for your mind but your thyroid health. You can’t heal a stressed body.

So in order to achieve your goals stress has to be dealt with. Some people find stress decreases when they start taking action, others find things like yoga, meditation, journaling, and other activities to work. It is all about your personal preference.

For me I am an action oriented person. So I first have to take action steps towards healing from the information I learn. Then my mind calms to be able to do things like meditate and do yoga. So it is all up to you.

When you do become stressed about healing, just remember the body can not heal in a stressed state. It is impossible!

Still stuck? Submit you question.
